I was a kid when my mother brought me to an agriturismo in Tuscany. Little did I know that this experience would forever mark me. As I stepped foot in that place, I knew I wanted to recreate that feeling of home and belonging for all my future guests.

Thirteen years later, I was at EHL Hospitality Business School, the world's top hospitality university. These years were a whirlwind of excitement and allowed me to travel Europe and work for brands such as the Woodhead Restaurant Group, Chopard, and the Ritz-Carlton Barcelona.

As I explored the world of hospitality, I couldn't help but feel that something was missing. Growing up with a father who was an orchestra director and an entrepreneur mother with a passion for art, I had a natural inclination towards the creative side of things. That's when I started turning towards marketing and discovered my true calling. I became the Head of Marketing and Show for the Young Hospitality Summit, the largest student-organized hospitality event in the world. Later, I graduated from the Digital Graphics course at the Institute of European Design (IED) and landed a social media and marketing position at Collamin, one of the leading Swiss collagen supplements. But my journey didn't end there. I opened my hospitality businesses, La Casa Soprana and La Casa nel Borgo, in Genova, Italy.

These experiences have led me to my true passion - supporting hospitality businesses to find their identity and communicate it, shape their brand and foster the same human connection and sense of belonging I felt as a child with the agriturismo to create a long-term impact.
